local birds

One of my neighbors walks her macaw(leash-free, no less!)on the sidewalk in front of our house every weekend, then sits with him out on the porch. I haven't been officially introduced to him, but I feel I know him as he is very, very vocal. Macaws are LOUD.

Sweet sketch Jenny! There's a parrot on our neighbourhood too. When the windows are open we can hear it a block away!
Lots of lovely stuff here, as usual. You have a flair for the ladies. Glad we stopped by.

Wow! Nice drawings, Jenny! The one called "Brown Eyes" is haunting! And thanks for the comments on Kovacs and favorite books that you made on my site!

Months ago I read your favorite books list and I ran out and borrowed some of them from the library. I got the Coward, the Norths and the Onions. My favorite was the Coward but I was disappointed to find that the book didn't include much from his most creative period in the 20s. I have an audio book excerpt of Coward and Lawrence doing a famous scene from "Modern Living." I was hoping something in the book would reveal how they figured out that incredible style of delivery.

I love the language you use in your posts. Boy, you can still talk up a storm! And talking about language, hey, try to convince someone to put up Percy on YouTube!
