beautiful stuff... do you do these directly with the tablet from scratch, or do you sketch with a pen / pencil first?

Thanks guys!
Platy, it's freehand directly on the Wacom Cintiq-but it's a huge screen-tablet where you're drawing directly on the screen as if it were paper and the feel of the pen is like using a marker.

Hey Jenny! This is Tim from PDI(we met the other day down in Glendale).
Just wanted to say it was so nice meeting you, and I really do admire your work! Gives the newbies like me something to shoot for!
Take care!

Hello Jenny:
This is my favorite drawing.
Me a sign painter by trade and assistant animator, this looks like sable brush with water color.
I've heard about this Wacom tablet looks so good too. Are you pluged in to photoshop or Illustrator, and do you have a drawing used as a pattern, template as the bottom layer to color from?
Or is this a one shot drawing with pure talent.

Thank You.
Greg.
