family group

I've used photographs very little as inspiration, but after digging out some old family classics, I gave it a try this morning. Here's one. I really like the way my eldest brother came off--it really captures him. I'd like to push these a lot further, and see what happens.

What I like about this one is the baby's expression. The boys are aware enough at their age to smile and pose. The baby's look is more "what's this all about." It reminds me of my youngest daughter, who looks just like that and has similar expressions. Very cool.
