I did this last night on an HP laptop/tablet using Alias Sketchbook, which is still strange to me as I spend all my drawing time using PS on this here Wacom thing...I really like the HP tablet and Alais' program--the feel and line quuality makes a drawing like this easy.
Or I might just be imagining it! ; ) That whole "new tool" thing.

Nice, elegant drawing. I love the way you depicted the "derriére" of this lady. However, the hand lines need a bit of adjustment/cleanup, since they lack the same fluid lines of the rest of the drawing. Good work!!!

Actually I started by drawing the fingers, and then went down from the shoulders, then finally did the body from the head down. You're right, the fingers are unfinished but I liked the sugestive way they came out, and when I do these Alias Sketchbook things I tend to just let what happens happen and post whatever the doodle turns out like with no corrections-for better or worse. On the Cintiq I'm more apt to fiddle around, but usually just start over if I dislike something or don't post it at all.
And then sometimes I want to delete some posts after the fact, but that would be cheating.
Eh, I delete them anyway occasionally if they bug me too much!

i like her. she looks like she would make a good icon.
Actually, I like her fingers. They look fidgety, and in motion. It belies her otherwise calm and fluid exterior... especially since she's hiding them behind her.
